Occupation Certificate

An occupation certificate gives approval to use or occupy a building (or other structure) in conjunction with the development consent or a complying development certificate.

To obtain an occupation certificate, contact Council on 02 6033 8999.

When a development or work is completed a number of contractor certificates will need to be provided to verify that certain parts of the building are compliant with the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards.
