Planning & Rating Certificates

These certificates provide you with information we have available about planning controls and other issues that may affect a particular parcel of land as identified under the Environmental Planning and Assessement Act 1979 and Local Goverment Act 1993.

Planning and Rating information certificates will now only be received online via the below links.  Payment will be processed at the time of application through Council’s secure online credit card payment portal.

Planning Certificate Applications 

Applications for certificates pertaining to planning information; 10.7(2), 10.7(5), Property Sewer Diagrams, Outstanding Notices (S608), Outstanding Orders (EP&A), 735A Outstanding Orders (LG Act)735, Dwelling Entitlement.
 
Planning certificates are issued per lot.  A separate application will be required for each additional lot.
 
Please be advised that you will require all property information including title details, assessment details and vendor details to complete this application.

Rating Certificate Applications

Applications pertaining to rating information; 603 Rating Certificate and Special Water Meter Reads.
 
Rating certificates are issued per assessment.  A separate application will be required for each additional assessment. 
 
Please be advised that you will require all property information including title details, assessment details, vendor details and purchaser details to complete this application.
