Club Grants
Council is convenor of the Local Committee for the ClubGRANTS scheme, which provides grants to not-for-profit community groups from local gaming machine profits through an annual program.
The Local Committee will meet after the grant round closes to consider the applications and provide recommendations. The registered clubs that donate the funds make the final decision on the allocation of their contributions.
ClubGRANTS applications open 1 September every year and close 31 August each year.
Funding is provided for a range of projects including services for:
- Community welfare and social services.
- Community development.
- Community health services.
- Employment assistance activities.
Community groups can apply for funding for projects that meet local priority needs. The Local Priorities, in no particular order include:
- Community Development
- Aged Services
- Youth Services
- Community Mental Health
- Emergency Services
- Veteran Welfare Services
How to Apply
Please note that applications can only be submitted online through ClubsNSW’s new online submission program and individual clubs have the responsibility for opening their grant round.
