Proposed Lease | 98-104 Murray Street Mulwala

In accordance with section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993 (NSW), Federation Council as Crown Land Manager under the Crown Lands Management Act 2016 (NSW) proposes to grant a lease in respect of Council-managed Crown land as follows:

• Property: Whole – Lot 1 DP 1134793, 98-104 Murray Street, Mulwala NSW 2647 (outlined in red below)
• Term: 20 year Lease 
• Permitted Use under the lease: Public Recreation
• Lessee: Mulwala Football & Netball Club Incorporated ABN 36 165 095 498

 

Federation Council invites residents to review the proposed lease details above and provide feedback by 12pm, Wednesday 17 July, 2024.

The proposed lease details are available above or at any Council office. Anyone interested in providing feedback should do so in writing, addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 77, Corowa NSW 2646 or email to council@federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au.
