Declared Weeds
Biosecurity Weeds are declared by an "order" under the Noxious Weeds Act 1993 (NWA). Weeds may be declared over the entire state or in one or more Local Government Area (LGA). The Local Control Authority (LCA) for land within a LGA is the council of the LGA or the County Council or the Noxious Weeds Authority.
For a complete list go to www.dpi.nsw.gov.au/noxweed and choose your LCA.
