Solid Ground: Artist Carmonn French

Corowa Art Space is pleased to host the solo exhibition ‘Solid Ground’ from widely exhibited painter and sculptor Carmonn French.

Hailing from rural NSW, Carmonn draws inspiration from the Australian landscape, infusing her work with a deeply personal and romantic connection to nature. Her expressive and raw style, often conveyed through inks and oil paints, reflects her father’s legacy as a stonemason, honouring the natural world and its ability to shape both the physical and emotional landscape.

‘Solid Ground’ opens at Corowa Art Space on 7 February and ends on 16 March 2025. Entry is free and opening times are Wednesday to Friday 10am – 4pm and on weekends 10am – 2pm. To find out more about the artist please visit www.carmonnfrench.com.au
