From Tuesday, September 24, Federation Council will undertake an independent quantitative Community Satisfaction Survey project. The research objective is to determine the community’s satisfaction with Council services, as well as the importance of service areas and facilities to provide Council with guidance on the future needs of the community.
The research outcomes will also inform Council’s progress in achieving its Community Strategic Plan measures and support the ongoing development of Council’s Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework. It will also provide us with benchmarking data with other similar Local Government Areas.
Micromex Research will be conducting 200 resident telephone surveys to support the data collation component for this project on behalf of Council. Micromex Research is a market and community research provider based on the Central Coast of NSW.
