Council launches new website design

Federation Council is pleased to advise it has launched a design refresh of its website www.federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au

Council’s website is the online central source of Council information and self-service digital front door to Council’s business.

Federation Council Mayor, Cr Patrick Bourke said this website refresh demonstrates Council’s desire to work towards digital transformation and that Council is innovative, progressive and easy to do business with.

“The new design has been developed in line with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, design best practice and informed by key performance data over the last 5+ years," he said.

“We know that the website is a very popular resource for our customers as on average annually the website receives in excess of 110,000 visits and in excess of 220,500 page viewed. The refresh has updated and improved the homepage layout to ensure the most popular content is easily found, mega menu orientation along with page content updates to assist our customers find what they need quickly."
