Easter Operating Hours

On behalf of Federation Council, our Councillors and Staff would like to wish you and your families a happy and safe Easter Holiday.

During the Easter holiday period, Council offices, facilities and services will have altered operating hours and public holiday closures.

Corowa Visitor Information Centre (VIC)

• Closed Good Friday, 18 April & Easter Monday, 21 April

• Open Easter Saturday, 19 April - 10am - 2pm

• Open Easter Sunday, 20 April - 10am - 2pm

Corowa Council Office

Closed Friday, 18 April and re-open 8:30am, Tuesday, 22 April 2025.

Corowa Service NSW Agency

Closed Thursday, 17 April and re-open 9:30am, Tuesday 22 April, 2025.

For the foreseeable future, Service NSW Corowa will operate 3 days per week. Mon - Wed 9:30am-4:30pm. Closed for lunch 12:30pm - 1:30pm.

Corowa & Urana Works Depots

Closed Friday, 18 April and re-open 7am, Tuesday, 22 April 2025.

Urana Council Office

Closed Friday, 18 April and re-open 9:00am, Tuesday, 22 April 2025.

Corowa Library, Mulwala Council Office and Library, Howlong Council Office and Library

Close Friday 18 April and re-open 10:00am, Tuesday 22 April, 2025.

Corowa Aquatic Centre

The Corowa Aquatic Centre will be closing for a two week period to allow for repairs works to be undertaken to the indoor pool. Commencing from 2:00pm Saturday 12 April 2025. The Centre is expected to reopen Monday 28 April 2025 following completion of the works.

Corowa Saleyards

There will be no sale on Easter Monday, 21 April 2025.

Waste & Recycling Facilities

The Corowa and Howlong Waste Management Centres and Mulwala Transfer Station will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Sunday and re-open on Tuesday 22 April as per normal operating hours. The Urana and Oaklands Landfills will be closed Easter Sunday but will be open on Tuesday 22 April as per normal operating hours. Roadside bin collection will occur as per the normal pick up schedule.
