Following community requests, RMS in conjunction with Federation Council have approved a speed zone change for the eastern end of Riverina Highway (Hawkins Street) Howlong.
The current 50km/h Speed Zone will be extended east by approximately 320m. At which point a 1km section 80 km/h speed zone will commence. This zone will extend to approximately 250m east of the Kywong-Howlong Rd intersection.
New signage depicting the speed zone change is now in place.
