Upgrade to Apex Park Mulwala

Federation Council wishes to advise that a portion of Apex Park, Mulwala will be closed to the public from Monday 4 September, 2023 until further notice. 

Council has been successful in receiving grant funding from the NSW Department of Planning and Environment to upgrade facilities at Apex Park which includes the following works:

  • Upgrade the public toilets,
  • Install new park furniture,
  • Install a new shade sail over the existing playground equipment,
  • Upgrade park lighting,
  • Install an accessibility ramp to provide entry to the Lake Mulwala fenced off swimming area,
  • Install accessible concrete pathways.

Council apologises for inconvenience whilst these important works are underway and looks forward to providing the community with upgraded facilities at Apex Park. The work area will be surrounded with temporary fencing.

The closest public toilets are located at Purtle All Adventure Park. The boat ramp at Apex Park will remain open during the works.
